By familiarizing yourself with our procedures, you can ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your stay at Lakeside Cabin Rentals & RV Park.

Policies & Guidelines

SMOKING:

All our rental cabins are non-smoking, Also no candles or incense please. We can direct you to outdoor locations where you may smoke. If you smoke in your unit there will be a $250 cleaning charge.

QUIET HOURS:

Monday-Thursday 10:00pm - 7:00am / Fri.Sat.Sun 11:00pm - 8am

COMMUNICATIONS:

We offer complimentary WiFi throughout the property.

PETS:

Pets must be attended to, quiet and cleaned up after.

MINIMUM STAY:

A three night minimum stay is required for booking on-line. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends.

TRASH:

Garbage must be taken care of and all bags must be tied. 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in time is 3 PM to 9 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

CAMPFIRES:

Campfires must be confined to the ring. Fires must be attended. Do not burn cans, bottles or plastic...paper and wood only.

DEPOSITS:

When you book, a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card.

Washing vehicles or RV's is not permitted.

CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES:

If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit. If you call or email less than 14 days not including the day of arrival, we will be pleased to use your deposit to confirm another stay for you (of at least the same duration).

No Fireworks are permitted.  No Marijuana allowed on the premises.
